How do I make a report or ask a question?

Click on the option "Make a report" or "Ask a question" and follow the instructions, the process is very quick and simple.

Can I remain anonymous?

yes, you can remain anonymous.

How is my anonymity protected?

The Transparency line does not store or record IP addresses, time codes or any other similar data that may link your complaint with your computer, this is specified in the contracts Transparencia makes with all of its clients.

What if I use my work computer?

If you access the Transparencia Latam platform by using your work computer, IT department may see that you have accessed the Platform. They may not, however, see what you have been doing on the Platform. So they may not know if you have only been reading the FAQs or if you have actually filed a report. Still, if you want to prevent this, go to an Internet Café or use your personal computer at home.

Can I make a report by phone?

Yes. For most countries, a toll free number is available to you. You can find the number for use in your country at the bottom of this page under the tab "Telephone Message".

Why would I identify myself in a report?

When you identify yourself, you help Group Compliance and others involved in investigations and remediation efforts to act more quickly and effectively to solve any issues that may exist.
